01Acceptance and scope
By using Varlia, you accept these Terms. Varlia is a personal tracking and planning tool, not a broker, bank, custodian, exchange, or financial adviser.
02Information and responsibility
Market data may be delayed or unavailable. Information and calculations are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your data, backups, and financial decisions.
03Subscriptions
Varlia Pro uses store-priced auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store settings manage cancellation and Restore Purchases resynchronises eligible purchases; neither restores deleted financial records.
